Corporate Cruises
Business or pleasure? Why separate the two when you can have them both on a corporate cruise. Cruise lines now make it possible for you and your company to conduct all your business, meetings and conferences onboard cruise ships offering state-of-the-art facilities and every resource imaginable. Don’t settle for less when you can have it all -- every leisure amenity with plenty of time for the business at hand. A cruise is also a great option to employers for incentives and rewards trips, and a sure way to motivate and inspire your sales people and other staff to achieve higher goals and objectives.
Corporate Cruise Meetings:
Meetings at Sea
Today’s cruise ships can be thought of as floating conference centers complete with state of the art auditorium and meeting rooms with Wi-Fi capabilities, multi-image shows, theatrical special effects and more. There are rooms available that accommodate large sessions, breakout rooms and hospitality suites of all sizes. Since your associates can't stray too far when they're aboard ship, you can keep attendance higher and be more productive. There will also be plenty of time to enjoy the ship and its amenities as well as the ports that are visited. Mixing in some free time will be much appreciated by your associates. This also results in a higher participation when it comes to the business at hand.
A cruise is the perfect destination for your next corporate meeting. Annual meetings, board meetings, or sales conferences ... cruise ships offer state-of-the-art conference meeting facilities. You can expect to find fully dedicated conference centers onboard most cruise ships. These facilities can accommodate theatre-style, classroom-style, and boardroom-style functions. Most new cruise ships are now designed with full business capabilities. These cruise ships feature comfortable meeting rooms and multi-purpose lounges to accommodate groups up to 3300 passengers. A cruise ship can now be considered as a floating conference center, complete with sophisticated multi-media equipment and a personal meeting and event planner to accommodate your business agenda. Besides the use of the on board Conference Center, companies can hold awards ceremonies or meetings in a multi-tiered show lounge, or host a company dinner party in one of many restaurants. All cruise ships assign an Onboard Group Coordinator that is dedicated to assisting your group, throughout your cruise.
Our approach to Meetings at Sea has always been one that is customized to meet your needs. A cruise can offer you a wide variety of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment that meets or exceed those that are found at land resorts. There are many differences between a land-based resort and meetings at sea, some examples are: the audiovisual equipment and meeting rooms are complimentary; on board entertainment is free; all meals are included in the cost of the cruise.

You can decide what dishes will be offered on the menu, and which shore excursions will be available. Choreographed stage shows can be customized for the company, or the ship can be renamed in the company's honor. It's like having your own floating resort. You can charter the entire ship for exclusive use by your organization. Ship capacities range from 50 to 4300 passengers.
