The cruise cost is calculated by using the total cost of your cruise, including taxes, fees, cruise line airfare, pre and post cruise packages and insurance. And it is per stateroom. So if you have multiple rooms, each room would be receiving onboard credit (as long as your vacation total is over $1,500).
